Job Duties
- Greeting seating and escorting guests to their tables with a smile and welcoming comments
- open doors for guests arriving and departing
- accommodating any special needs of a guest ie boosters highchairs disabilities
- process to-go orders
- manage wait lists when the restaurant is busy
- providing menu recommendations and additional information such as our specials
- up selling additional products when appropriate
- taking orders
- communicating order details to the kitchen staff
- delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion to curb side pick up guests
- cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the restaurant
- providing exceptional customer experience
- answering the telephone per SOP
