Job Duties
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, warmth, and professionalism, creating an immediate sense of arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists to ensure efficient table flow and an exceptional guest experience
- Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and managers to maintain smooth service and accurate seating
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus while offering helpful insight into the restaurant and dining experience
- Monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest needs and support overall service flow
- Maintain a polished host stand and entry area that reflects The Foundry Room's elevated atmosphere
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns, escalating to leadership when needed
- Support the team during peak service times to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
