Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their servers ensuring a smooth handoff
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Monitor and coordinate seating to optimize dining room flow
- Assist with reservations and guest inquiries as needed
