Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
  • Introduce guests to their servers ensuring a smooth handoff
  • Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Monitor and coordinate seating to optimize dining room flow
  • Assist with reservations and guest inquiries as needed
