Job Requirements
- must be able to work flexible shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of managing guest interactions with patience and professionalism
- basic math skills for managing wait lists and seating
- knowledge of sanitation and hospitality standards
- eligible to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- inform guests about wait times and monitor the wait list accurately
- maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- work closely with store management and fellow employees to promote a team concept
- ensure a memorable guest dining experience by upholding the CPK High 5 philosophy
- assist in managing guest flow to optimize seating and service efficiency
- support other front-of-house staff as needed
