Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- inform guests of accurate wait times and monitor the waitlist
- maintain highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a team concept
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries
- assist with seating guests efficiently to optimize dining flow
- uphold company policies and procedures consistently
