Job Requirements
- Must be able to multitask and act quickly
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a host is a plus
- Must showcase teamwork and communications skills
- Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly
- Must be a team player
- Must have an active Food Handler's Card
Job Duties
- Greeting seating and escorting guests to their tables with a smile and welcoming comments
- Open doors for guests arriving and departing
- Accommodate any special needs of a guest ie boosters highchairs disabilities
- Process To-Go orders
- Manage wait lists when the restaurant is busy
- Provide menu recommendations and additional information such as our specials
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Take orders
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion to curb side pick up guests
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Answer the telephone per SOP
