Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming manner
- Engage in friendly conversation with guests while seating and introducing servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Sincerely thank guests as they depart and invite them to return
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain a safe and pleasant environment
- Coordinate effectively with servers and staff to ensure smooth guest transitions
- Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
