Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming manner
  • Engage in friendly conversation with guests while seating and introducing servers
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
  • Sincerely thank guests as they depart and invite them to return
  • Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain a safe and pleasant environment
  • Coordinate effectively with servers and staff to ensure smooth guest transitions
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
