Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality
- Basic computer literacy to manage waitlists and reservations
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about accurate wait times and monitor the waitlist
- Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to promote a team concept
- Ensure an inviting and friendly atmosphere in the dining area
- Live out the CPK High 5 values in daily activities
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and any special requests
