Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a positive Team Concept
- Provide guests with exceptional service by embodying the CPK High 5 values
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of host station
- Assist in seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
