Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) that requires a flexible schedule
- Often working weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Normal shifts include as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m., and can fluctuate often
- State Food Handler's Certification is required
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest seating
- Commitment to teamwork and hospitality excellence
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests entering the restaurant
- Maintain full communication with other service positions
- Uphold hospitality standards and create a welcoming environment
- Support and uplift teammates
- Manage guest flow with a sense of urgency
- Resolve seating and guest issues creatively
- Act as a brand ambassador representing company values
