Job Requirements

  • Have availability to work a variety of hours including weekends and holidays
  • follow all systems policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • provide genuine hospitality to all guests to exceed their expectations
  • be committed to teamwork and have a pleasant attitude
  • assist with clearing cleaning and resetting tables
  • comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • provide proper telephone etiquette
  • accomplish other duties as instructed by management when applicable
  • maintain honesty and integrity in all aspects of employment
  • safely move chairs and tables as needed
  • be able to work in a space of varying noise temperature and crowd levels
  • be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift
  • be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds generally
  • practice proper safety guidelines at all times

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience
  • successful completion of alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training courses
  • proficiency in the use of reservation application systems and headset radios
  • ability to communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates
  • ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm and genuine greeting to each guest upon entry and exit of the building
  • answer telephones
  • take reservations and messages
  • follow lost and found procedures
  • maintain accurate guest counts and wait times
  • perform coat check duties when applicable
