Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times and manage the wait list accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to promote a team-oriented environment
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by embodying the CPK High 5
- Support the overall guest satisfaction by promoting menu items enthusiastically
- Assist with seating guests efficiently and managing guest flow
