Job Requirements
- Experience working as a host or in a similar role
- Standing or walking up to 8 hours continuously
- Lifting up to 50 lbs alone and up to 80 lbs as a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of reservation and POS systems such as OpenTable and Toast POS

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately upon entry
- Walk out from host stand to greet guests with a smile and Turkish welcome
- Warmly greet and seat guests at desirable tables
- Open front doors for guests when possible
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of their server's name
- Communicate special requests and celebrations to servers
- Record guest names, party size, and provide estimated wait times
- Answer telephone calls professionally and handle inquiries
- Document large party inquiries and inform management
- Maintain contact with servers to handle dining details and concerns
- Check tables for availability, cleanliness, and setup
- Maintain cleanliness of host stand and entry area
- Ensure menus are clean
- Record dining reservations and obtain detailed guest information
- Inspect and clean restrooms regularly
- Direct waiting guests to bar or fire pit
- Offer food samples during downtime
- Relay messages to servers and bussers
- Thank guests upon leaving with a Turkish farewell
- Attend employee meetings and suggest improvements
- Assist employees to meet guests' needs and support operations
