Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

- Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
- Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
- Attend to customers by providing special experiences
- Escort customers to their tables and ensure a flawless experience
- Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
- Focus on your team and customers by making decisions that consider both
- Manage the seating chart to enhance table turnover and customer satisfaction
