Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
  • Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
  • Attend to customers by providing special experiences
  • Escort customers to their tables and ensure a flawless experience
  • Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
  • Focus on your team and customers by making decisions that consider both
  • Manage the seating chart to enhance table turnover and customer satisfaction
