Job Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills with guests and teammates
- Positive and upbeat attitude with a strong work ethic
- Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends
- Valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate required
- Ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival and explain restaurant concept
- Seat parties based on guest preferences and balance customer flow in server sections
- Offer guests a menu and inform them of their server's name upon seating
- Record guest names and party size when immediate seating is limited
- Provide estimated waiting time and maintain a courteous attitude with all guests
- Accommodate special seating requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
- Inspect tables for proper presentation and cleanliness
- Clean menus of food and stains
- Fill in as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting, thanking, and bidding guests goodbye
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and remain composed under pressure
- Embody exceptional service and hospitality
