Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals
- Seat guests and provide a warm farewell to departing guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
- Be a team player and work well with others
