Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- Promoting and recommending activities based on guest needs and availability
- Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
- Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes
- Maintaining shoe organization
- Escorting guests to their lanes and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- Ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes
- Completing side duties
