Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting, seating, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area and managing crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout, table divisions among server areas, and basic food delivery protocols
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
- Learn and assist with curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side work as required for each shift
