Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Learn the menu, including the daily specials and accurately describe how dishes are prepared
- check the dining room constantly for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments on the table as necessary
- greet guests warmly as they enter to create a positive first impression of the restaurant
- help clear and wipe down tables and set up tables with utensils and glassware for the next party
- handle booking of reservations, be quick to solve seating problems, and troubleshoot any phone inquiries from customers
