Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move quickly for up to six hours
- Must be guest sensitive and have timing skills
- Ability to use point of sale or computerized ordering systems
- Must follow uniform and grooming standards
- Experience in food service is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write the primary language of the work location
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer skills to input orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100 percent of the time
- Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- Use computer system to input order information
- Serve different elements of dining experience at proper times including drinks, food, and dessert
- Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to six hours
- Wipe down tabletops, table legs, and booth seats
- Follow proper uniform standards
