Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times accurately and manage the wait list
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to promote a team concept
- Support smooth front-of-house operations to enhance guest experiences
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies when necessary
