Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Inform guests of wait times accurately and manage the wait list
  • Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
  • Work closely with store management and team members to promote a team concept
  • Support smooth front-of-house operations to enhance guest experiences
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies when necessary
