Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and sincerely upon arrival
- Manage guest seating efficiently to minimize wait times
- Record guest names accurately on wait lists
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and attractive front-of-house appearance
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and vendor partners
- Collaborate with servers, expo, and bussers to ensure smooth operations
