Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate with store management and team members to promote a team environment
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by adhering to CPK High 5 principles
- Assist with seating arrangements and guest flow
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
