- minimum high school education or equivalent
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- basic computer skills for managing waitlist system
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- manage the waitlist efficiently and keep guests updated
- ensure dining rooms and tables are clean and ready for new guests
- maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the dining area
- assist team members as needed during busy times
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- support smooth communication between front of house and kitchen staff
