Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must have a hospitable and friendly personality
  • willing to learn and engage with guests positively
  • able to stand for long periods during shifts
  • capable of working part-time hours
  • legally authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong team player with a positive attitude
  • basic knowledge of guest seating and order taking
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • greet and assist guests as they enter the restaurant
  • manage seating arrangements and maintain the flow of customers
  • take guest orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
  • provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns
  • participate in the tip pooling system
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • support team members in daily restaurant operations
