Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have a hospitable and friendly personality
- willing to learn and engage with guests positively
- able to stand for long periods during shifts
- capable of working part-time hours
- legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong team player with a positive attitude
- basic knowledge of guest seating and order taking
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- greet and assist guests as they enter the restaurant
- manage seating arrangements and maintain the flow of customers
- take guest orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns
- participate in the tip pooling system
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- support team members in daily restaurant operations
