Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly
- Hand-eye coordination and ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant venues
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred
- Basic English language proficiency and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments with composure
