Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
  • Introduce guests to their assigned servers smoothly
  • Regularly clean and sanitize guest touch points to maintain a safe environment
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless dining service
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized seating area at all times
