Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times with accuracy and monitor the wait list
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a team-oriented environment
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by exemplifying CPK’s High 5 service standards
- Manage guest seating efficiently to optimize restaurant flow
- Provide assistance and answer guest questions regarding menu items and restaurant policies
