Job Requirements
- prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or fine dining preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- knowledge of reservation systems a plus
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed

Job Duties
- greet members and guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- manage dining reservations and waitlists using the club's reservation system
- coordinate seating to ensure optimal flow and member satisfaction
- communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
- maintain an organized host stand and entrance area
- uphold club standards of etiquette, professionalism, and confidentiality
- assist with special events, private functions, and member requests
- address member concerns politely and escalate issues to management when needed
