Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for food and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Inform guests about wait times and manage the wait list accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate with store management and team members to foster a team-based environment
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by following CPK High 5 principles
- Provide friendly and efficient seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
