Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere
- guide guests to their tables promptly and efficiently
- present clean menus and offer menu suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- ensure guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected to maintain a safe environment
- manage waiting lists and handle guest seating arrangements during busy periods
- thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
- assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
