Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • guide guests to their tables promptly and efficiently
  • present clean menus and offer menu suggestions to enhance the dining experience
  • ensure guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected to maintain a safe environment
  • manage waiting lists and handle guest seating arrangements during busy periods
  • thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
  • assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
