Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • Coordinate and control Guest flow by greeting arrivals, seating, and bidding farewell
  • Walk Guests to their table and engage with them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members
  • Maintain an organized and inviting environment at the door
