Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and engaging hospitality
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- seat guests promptly and introduce them to their servers
- regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain hygiene
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming entrance area
- collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
