Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
- accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
- attend to guests by providing special experiences
- escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless dining experience
- provide a warm farewell and invite guests to return
- focus on the team and guests with every decision made
