Job Duties

  • Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus
  • Manage phone lines and take reservations according to procedures
  • Manage the online reservation and table management platform
  • Demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strategically coordinate seating in the dining room
  • Maintain communication with the kitchen and management regarding the status of the floor and books
  • Perform side work, setup, and assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Assist servers and staff as needed with serving food and/or alcohol
  • Promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture
  • Support the restaurant's vision of being eco-conscious
