Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests and introducing servers
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of guest touch points regularly
  • Coordinate seating to optimize dining room flow and minimize wait times
  • Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
