Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
- uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- learn the restaurant seating layout, table divisions for server areas, and how to deliver food efficiently
- set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
- learn the curbside process and takeout expectations
- conduct side-work as required for each shift
