Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic computer literacy
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests confidently
- maintain a warm welcome as the first impression
- ensure lobby, foyer, and host stand are sparkling and clutter-free
- keep exterior storefront clean of debris
- practice proper phone etiquette
- work efficiently with POS, reservation, and scheduling software
- complete quizzes and final exam with 90 percent or better
- uphold sanitation standards
