Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum required age and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Willingness to provide exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Receive each customer at our restaurant with a smile
- Quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
- Attend to customers by providing special experiences
- Escort customers to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
- Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
- Focus on your team and customers ensuring every decision considers both
- Maintain a welcoming and organized host station
