Job Duties
- Greet guests with a cheerful and sincere welcome
- seat guests at tables as quickly as possible
- accurately record guest names on a wait list
- answer telephone calls promptly by the second ring
- keep the front area tidy and attractive
- coordinate with servers, expo, and bussers to ensure efficient operations
- handle guest questions and complaints about wait times with poise and professionalism
