Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lb. regularly and 50 lb. occasionally

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation management systems like SevenRooms is a plus
- Professionalism and a friendly, energetic personality
- Knowledge of menu items and specials
Job Duties
- Greet all guests, in person and on the phone, with sincere hospitality
- Maintain a clean and orderly host stand
- Utilize SevenRooms in tandem with the VIP Table Hosts to track individual guests preferences
- Utilize SevenRooms to ensure proper bookings for reservations and VIP Guests
- Perform all duties assigned by the manager on duty
- Monitor front-of-house atmosphere including lighting, music volume, and cleanliness
- Follow up with guests as they are leaving to ensure satisfaction and invite them to return
