Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30 lb. regularly and 50 lb. occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems like SevenRooms is a plus
  • Professionalism and a friendly, energetic personality
  • Knowledge of menu items and specials

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests, in person and on the phone, with sincere hospitality
  • Maintain a clean and orderly host stand
  • Utilize SevenRooms in tandem with the VIP Table Hosts to track individual guests preferences
  • Utilize SevenRooms to ensure proper bookings for reservations and VIP Guests
  • Perform all duties assigned by the manager on duty
  • Monitor front-of-house atmosphere including lighting, music volume, and cleanliness
  • Follow up with guests as they are leaving to ensure satisfaction and invite them to return
