Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Maintain an organized and clean host station and dining area
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours
- Support team members with flexibility and a cooperative attitude
