Job Requirements
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- stand for up to 8 hours continuously
- occasional pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive use of fingers and wrists
- good communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- basic handling of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- greet guests cheerfully and seat them promptly and courteously
- answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- take, enter, and package To-Go orders accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
- assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- ensure a welcoming and positive guest experience
