Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating guests, and providing a warm farewell to departing guests
  • Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
  • Be a team player and work well with others
