Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- manage seating arrangements efficiently and guide guests to their tables
- present guests with clean menus and offer menu suggestions
- ensure guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- complete the guests' experience by thanking them and inviting them back
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage guest flow
