Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • manage seating arrangements efficiently and guide guests to their tables
  • present guests with clean menus and offer menu suggestions
  • ensure guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
  • complete the guests' experience by thanking them and inviting them back
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage guest flow
