Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Seat guests quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points
- Assist servers and managers by communicating party counts and seating arrangements
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave
- Support smooth flow of operations between front and back of house
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences
