Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior host or customer service experience recommended
- Ability to obtain county required food and alcohol serving certifications before employment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
- Familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
- Familiar with POS and iPad systems
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Prior experience recommended, not required
Job Duties
- Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- Welcome each guest into our home and thank them when they leave
- Seat each guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system
- Keep the crowd excited and having fun if on a wait
- Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
- Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
- Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
