Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills required
- Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry items throughout the shift
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels
Job Qualifications
- Basic English language proficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Manage dining room flow and seating arrangements efficiently
- Explain the restaurant's unique service style to guests in a friendly and approachable manner
- Recognize and remember regular guests as well as accommodate first-time visitors
- Ensure special accommodations are made for guests with specific needs
- Maintain poise and superior service quality under pressure
- Create a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests
