Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills required
  • Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry items throughout the shift
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Qualifications

  • Basic English language proficiency
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage dining room flow and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Explain the restaurant's unique service style to guests in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Recognize and remember regular guests as well as accommodate first-time visitors
  • Ensure special accommodations are made for guests with specific needs
  • Maintain poise and superior service quality under pressure
  • Create a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests
