Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Help guests with reservations and guide them to their tables
- Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates
- Distribute menus and answer initial questions
- Optimize seating arrangements for even workload distribution among wait staff
- Answer phones and schedule reservations
- Perform side work, station setup, and light restaurant maintenance
