Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
  • Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Be a team player and work well with others
